Officials Break Ground At Scotch Plains, Fanwood Community Garden

Scotch Plains–Fanwood Community Garden will offer raised garden beds and transform a barren field into a productive community resource.

Scotch Plains/Fanwood, NJ - Shovels broke gound at the Scotch Plains–Fanwood Community Garden on Thursday.

On the grounds of the historic Frazee House in Scotch Plains, the garden will allow volunteers to build raised garden beds and transform a barren field into a productive community resource. 

The garden is among 20 community garden projects funded with the help of matching grants from the Union County Community Garden Grants program.
