SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — The Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Middlesex County has released its July calendar, filled with events.

All the events will take place at the Earth Center in South Brunswick.

Saturday, July 13 9:30 a.m. EARTH Center Children’s Garden Activity
What’s Living in Our Garden?
Bring the kids to the EARTH Center Children’s Garden for a Master Gardener led activity. Learn about the wildlife that can be found in and around the garden. Suggested for 5–11-year-olds. Parent must be present. No Walk-ins. Registration required.

Every Saturday and Sunday, July – August
EARTH Center Butterfly House, 10 a.m. – Noon
Free Family Fun! Guests should park in lots near park entrance then walk on the road until you see the white-covered hoop house. No RSVP required.

Volunteer with the Rows for the Hungry

Rows for the Hungry is a Master Gardener-inspired donation garden raising fresh vegetables for local food banks and soup kitchens seeking to end the cycle of poverty. Our volunteers grow and tend crops from seed to harvest while maintaining the plot year-round.
