Middlesex County, NJ - What's the average home sale price in your neighborhood?

The New Jersey Division of Taxation, under the state Department of Treasury, released data in March of the average sale price – not listing price or assessed price – for all homes sold in the state in 2015. The average sale price in South Brunswick Township for last year was $412,577. Princeton, just down the road in Mercer County, came in much higher, at $976,668.

Cranbury leads Middlesex County in home sale prices, at $660,777, followed by Metuchen at $416,898. South Brunswick is the third most expensive township in the county.

North Brunswick's average was $284,421; New Brunswick city was $323,791 and East Brunswick is $325,359. Woodbridge Township is $264,535.
