Linc 52 has been created in accordance with the U.S. Green Building Council’s standards for LEED certification at the platinum level.

According to a company news release, the building participates in the NJHMFA CHOICE program, which provides buyers access to innovative mortgage programs, such as 100 percent financing.

“The unique offer allows former renters and first-time buyers to purchase a home at Linc 52 with no money down and still maintain mortgage payments similar to monthly rental bills,” the news release stated.
