Expect Road Closures: Park Avenue Improvement Project Begins In Summit

Residents should expect some partial road closures and a section of Park Ave. to be closed while milling and paving occurs.

SUMMIT, NJ — The City of Summit Department of Community Services has begun work on the Park Avenue Improvement Project that will include repairs to curbs and sidewalks before the street is paved in mid-November.

Project work will be performed between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Summit Police will be onsite to direct traffic.

Partial road closures will be in effect during project work, and a section of Park Avenue will be closed during milling and paving operations.
