Univision, a Spanish-language media company, has expanded its long-term lease at the Glenpointe Complex, according to a report by National Real Estate Investor.
The broadcasting studio and office space will expand to occupy 78,000 square feet at the Teaneck building, the report said.
J.C. Giordano of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Univision in the deal.
