Brunch With Santa And Craft Vendor Market Coming To Toms River Elks

Kick off the holiday season with a holiday brunch with the family!

On Sunday December 10, 2023, the Toms River Elks is hosting a Brunch With Santa And Craft Vendor Market.

Brunch guests will enjoy a festive holiday atmosphere at the Toms River Elks with featured guest Santa while indulging in a delicious brunch. Guests can meet Santa and get a picture! There will be a Craft and Vendor Market where guests can do some holiday shopping with local crafters and vendors. A 50/50 drawing will be held as well.

Brunch is $5 for ages 6 & under. $10 for ages 7 and up. There will be two seatings. The first seating is 10 to 11:45 am and the second seating is 12:15 to 2 PM. All seating is indoors.

This form is strictly to have an approximate head count so we are prepared with enough delicious food and goodies to fill everyone's tummies. Noone wants to get their photo taken with Santa while they're hangry!

All proceeds from this event benefit Elks Camp Moore, the New Jersey Elks State Project.

What Is Elks Camp Moore?

Tucked away in the hill of the Ramapo Mountains,Elks Camp Moore offers a fun filled vacation away from home for children with special needs. A week at Elks Camp Moore is a remarkable experience not soon to be forgotten. The primary goal of the camp is to further develop the recreational and social skills of each child. In a relaxed and accepting atmosphere , each camper experiences new adventures, lasting friendships, and opportunities that promote independence and greater self-confidence. Campers attend Elks Camp Moore at no charge to the families. Throughout the plunge season, each Elks lodge helps raise the funds needed to cover all camp costs. The lodge that raises the most during plunge season is announced at the John Sentner Memorial Plunge, an event named after PSP John Sentner, the man who had the vision of Elks plunging into the Atlantic Ocean in the middle of winter to raise funds for the camp. The plunge is now in its 17th year!

Who are the Toms River Elks?

The Toms River Elks Lodge has raised more money for the plunge than any other in the state for six years now. Toms River Elks #1875 is one of eleven lodges in the Southeast District of New Jersey, the largest district in the state. Toms River's membership is now over 1,200, making it one of the largest lodges in the Southeast District. The Toms River Elks Lodge celebrates its 70th anniversary during 2023-24.
