The Ocean County Artists Guild invites you to an evening of painting, baseball and fireworks at the Blue Claws Stadium in Lakewood, NJ with fellow artists.
Thursday, August 15, Game time is 7 pm. Come at 6 pm for a meet and greet with other local artists and set-up. You may photograph, sketch at your seat or set up a small space along the center field walkway to plein air paint.
Tickets $30 Includes game ticket, hot dog, drink and ice cream and a ticket to play a Boardwalk game plus freedom to paint, sketch or photograph during the game. Bring the family for a great night out, fireworks and an opportunity to engage in the local community about art and your art organization.
Be aware that there is a $5.00 parking fee not covered in ticket cost.
Artists may bring their cameras, sketch books and plein air set up to ‘Paint in the Ball Park”. Plein air seats/stools must be small and foldable, easel must fold up and easily carried and supplies need to be contained within a small bag or carry box. Your plein air set up cannot be bigger than 4 x 4 ft. area. There is space for about 15 tabletop easels and stool not necessary if you sit on bench seat.
