New Jersey's No. 1 Real Estate Company Merges With Golden Key Realty
WARREN, N.J. (Aug. 24, 2023) – Coldwell Banker Realty is pleased to announce the merger of Golden Key Realty, an established and trusted neighborhood brokerage based in Martinsville in Bridgewater Township, with its Warren/Watchung office. The approximately 40 sales associates from Golden Key Realty will join the approximately 100 Coldwell Banker Realty sales associates at their office on 7 Mount Bethel Rd. in Warren.
Golden Key Realty was a family-operated business established in 1972 by Joseph Santini and continued by his sons, Michael and David Santini, who will now be part of the Coldwell Banker Realty team. This merger will further expand Coldwell Banker Realty’s footprint.
