4-H Offers an Autumn Adventure for Kids
Kids in grades 1-5 are invited to go on an autumn adventure with the Somerset County 4-H as they host 4-H Ag-Venture: Fall Harvest. During this unique two-day educational program, participants will work with skilled volunteers to learn about animal science and sustainable agriculture. Workshops with a Fall theme will provide participants with the opportunity to complete hands-on projects as they learn about the agriculture industry and how to become better stewards of the land.
4-H Ag-Venture will be held Thursday and Friday, November 7 and 8, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Ted Blum 4-H Center of Somerset County, 310 Milltown Road in Bridgewater. The fee is $90, additional siblings $80. The deadline to register is October 21. Visit 4HisTOPS.org for a registration form.
