WATCHUNG, NJ — A car was reported stolen from the Watchung Square Mall parking lot last Friday.

There were also instances of fraud and harassment complaints. Here's the full Watchung police blotter for the period between May 17 and 24:

On May 21: At 5 p.m. a resident of Ridge Road reported that he was a victim of fraud.

On May 21: At 11:01 p.m. a resident of Johnston Drive reported damage to their shed that they thought to be suspicious. Watchung Police and Fire responded to investigate and determined the damage was non-suspicious.

On May 21: At 11:45 a.m. a Westfield resident reported his vehicle stolen from the Watchung Square Mall parking lot. Police responded and confirmed the theft, which is being investigated.

On May 21: At 2:36 p.m. police arrested a 31-year-old woman of Plainfield. Walmart Loss Prevention Officers charged Garcia-Perez with theft. She was processed and released pending a Watchung Municipal Court date.

On May 22: At 11:57 a.m. a resident of Hillcrest Road reported an incident of harassment, which police are investigating.
