Wonder is an exciting new home dining experience that combines the convenience of delivery and the quality of dine-in. Delivering exceptional food and a first-of-its kind experience through its app, Wonder’s mobile kitchens offer customers menus from some of the best chefs and restaurants in the country. Fired, finished, and plated just steps away from the customer’s front door, restaurant-quality dishes are served as soon as it’s ready by our Chef-On-the-Road team.

The heart and soul of Wonder is a team of high-caliber and beloved Chefs-On-the-Road (COR). COR member Stefen Reese of Maplewood, NJ, shared his unique story and experience working with Wonder.

Stefen has always had a passion for food but it wasn’t until he started pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering that he realized he wanted a career in the kitchen and switched his major to food science & nutrition. A recent graduate of the University of Maine, Stefen joined the Wonder team in March and was recently promoted to expert COR - a dream come true for the chef who has been cooking since he was 5 years old. From cooking for himself at home to now creating exceptional meals onboard Wonder’s mobile kitchen vehicle, Stefen takes great pride in bringing Wonder’s mobile kitchen to customers’ homes to make dining-in a memorable experience for busy families.

Wonder has partnered with some of the best chefs and restaurants in the country s across a variety of cuisines to offer their unique menus and high-quality dishes directly to customers’ homes, but there’s one menu in particular that Stefen enjoys cooking the most - Chilos Taverna by Michael Symon. The menu is fun with a good variety of options and because of Stefen’s Armenian and Jewish heritage, the menu feels comfortable and the dishes bring him back to his childhood and the food he grew up eating. Combining food excellence with an unmatched hospitality experience, Stefen is proud to be working for a company that is fundamentally changing the way people eat at home.
