Franklin Lakes Announces 'Clean-Up Day' Details

Franklin Lakes continues their efforts to go and stay green with a community clean up day on May 4.

In the spirit of spring the Borough of Franklin Lakes will be hosting a clean-up day on Saturday, May 4.

The Franklin Lakes Environmental Commission and the Franklin Lakes Recycling Program organized a day to appreciate the environment at the Franklin Lakes Nature Preserve. From 9 a.m. to noon community members are invited to come help be a part of the Borough’s effort to stay clean and green.

Those in attendance will receive complimentary t-shirts, a light breakfast and three community service hours.
