  1. A new video has recently surfaced in Albuquerque of Bernalillo County sheriffs saving a woman's life at the front gate of the Isleta Amphitheater back in May. The incident was described as a "sudden death cardiac incident," in which the woman suddenly dropped to the ground at the front gate; officers immediately came to her assistance and provided life-saving CPR until medical officials arrived at the scene. The sheriff's office gives credit to its officers for reacting swiftly and efficiently, as well as the Bernalillo County Fire Rescue for teaching CPR and AED classes earlier this year. (KOB 4)
  2. The Albuquerque Dragway aims to keep the city streets safe with its 'Midnight Madness' racing events. These events are an opportunity for younger drivers to get out and safely have fun while doing what they love, while keeping drag racing out of the way of Albuquerque's streets and civilians. This past Saturday, the Dragway hosted its second night of the year, with plans to host two more in August and September. (KOB 4)
  3. This past Sunday was the final day of the Annual New Mexico Tattoo Fiesta at the Isleta Resort and Casino. This fiesta gathers more than 100 local tattoo artists showcasing their art and talents for the public to enjoy, with some attendees even getting inked. This was the 11th annual fiesta, and the city of Albuquerque is excited to be able to continue to host such an inviting event. (KRQE News 13)
