Bedford Food Truck Nights Kickoff Friday (Did We Mention Food Trucks?)

BEDFORD, NY — There is no point in human history when food trucks wouldn't be cool, but now might just be the halcyon days of the nexus of transit and gastronomy.

It's almost time for the return of Friday Night Food Trucks to Bedford Hills Memorial Park this Friday, from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. There will once again be a great line-up of food trucks, along with additional entertainment and activities.

Food trucks scheduled to be there this Friday are: Bazodee Street Foods, Pizza Vitale, Three Little Pigs BBQ and 2 Scoops and a Lady.

Each food truck event this summer will host a concert performance and additional activities. For this Friday's event, there will be a live performance by Platinum Moon and Gaga Rental will have Gaga Pit games for children. There will also be a "cornhole corner."
