The ranch house was built in 1940 and has skylights and hardwood floors throughout. The open kitchen has quartz countertops, a farmer-style copper sink, a Blue Star stove and a wine cooler. The kitchen flows into the dining room, sunroom and family room, with wood-burning fireplaces in both the dining and family rooms. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and a full bath with a jacuzzi.

The house sold for 17 percent over the list price of $975,000. According to property records, the home was last sold for $765,000 in 2016. The property is zoned for the top-rated Byram Hills school district and annual property taxes are estimated to be between $17,400 - $17,885.

The house was purchased on July 27, according to public records.

According to the New York Post, Biaggi and her husband, Nathaniel Koloc, purchased the home through Maurice Owen-Michaane, with Capital Realty NY LLC. As noted by the Post, Owen-Michaane was one of Biaggi's campaign donors, according to Federal Election Commission records.

Biaggi is still holding on to her $691,000 condo in Pelham, according to the Post.

"I grew up in Pelham, but when you look at the housing market … every place you look, it’s almost like a million dollars to buy an apartment or a house," Biaggi told New York Magazine in 2018."That’s just crazy. Thinking about my future and the future of just, everybody — making sure that we have our government work for us is one of the ways we increase quality of life."

The Westchester County Board of Elections confirmed that Biaggi's voter registration was changed and processed on August 1, according to the Post.

Suzanne Berger, chair of the Westchester County Democratic Committee told the newspaper, "It's a little ironic given her progressive credentials that she would choose to buy a home on four acres."
