Being a caregiver is a stressful walk. We go through so many emotional extremes while also trying to cope with our care-receiver's emotions. Lean on us for 1 hour, 15 min and feel support, comradery and learn about resources. Led by Town of Bedford's senior advocate, an MSAT and experienced caregiver and trained facilitator.
