HUDSON VALLEY, NY — Bedford celebrity chef and Hudson Valley elite restaurateur Christian Petroni will return to television screens for the follow-up to "Restaurant Hustle: All on the Line" on the Food Network.

The Guy Fieri show, which aired in 2020, followed four chefs as they navigated the challenges of running a restaurant during a global pandemic. Petroni, along with Maneet Chauhan, Antonia Lofaso and Marcus Samuelsson are returning a year later, this time documenting the "new highs and lows" of navigating the re-emerging restaurant industry in 2021 as the pandemic slowly recedes.

Petroni's first turn in front of the camera came in 2018 when he won the fourteenth season of the network's reality competition "Food Network Star." He has since gone on to appear on other Food Network hit shows, including"My Fave vs. Your Fave" and Fieri's "Tournament of Champions."

Foodies in the Hudson Valley, however, are more likely to recognize Petroni as the longtime face of the uber-popular Fortina with locations in New York and Connecticut. He has since stepped away from the Fortina Restaurant group. The next chapter of his culinary career is expected to be addressed when "Restaurant Hustle" catches up with him and his fellow reality stars.

Restaurant Hustle: All on the Line 2021 premieres Dec. 29 at 7 p.m on the Food Network.
