Leaf Collection Starts in Town, including Halloween Pickup in Bedford Village

Loose leaves must be out before Nov. 28.

The town of Bedford's Leaf Schedule for Fall 2016 includes special runs through Bedford Village before Halloween.

The Town Highway Department will pick up leaves Oct. 31 from The Farms Road and Roads off Route 22

in Bedford Village, with a caveat – once leaves are removed, do not put more out till after Halloween.

Starting following week, leave pickup will be steady through November in these sections of town:

11/07/16: Huntville/Valley Road Sections and Bedford Hills
11/14/16: Katonah North/Katonah Ridge Sections and Cherry Ridge/Stanwood Section
11/21/16: Huntville/Valley Road Sections and Nottingham/Bedford Hills
11/28/16: Katonah North/Katonah Ridge Sections and Bedford Hills
