BEDFORD, NY — Bachelor and bachelorette celebrants from around the globe will soon be able to experience a little of what makes the Hudson Valley special while they are enjoying the decadence and glittering lights of the Vegas strip.

The Hudson Valley's very own celebrity lifestyle guru, Martha Stewart, will be opening her highly anticipated restaurant in Las Vegas on Saturday.

The Bedford by Martha Stewart may be located at the Paris Las Vegas, but diners are expected to flock to the new hotspot for a taste of the Hudson Valley. The 81-year-old entrepreneur said that her first restaurant will be a fully immersive concept designed to bring her famous Bedford farmhouse to life in the most unlikely of places.

"I am so thrilled to open the doors to The Bedford at Paris Las Vegas, my first-ever restaurant," Martha Stewart said announcing the grand opening dates. "We have worked tirelessly to bring my farmhouse in Bedford, New York to life in Las Vegas, and I think visitors will be enchanted by what we have come up with. These are the same dishes that I serve to family and friends in my own home."

Developed by Stewart and her team of culinary experts, The Bedford's menu features flavorful dishes made with fresh ingredients sourced locally. In order to transport guests to an authentic dining experience at her famous Hudson Valley farmhouse, the restaurant boasts French-inspired cuisine and a combination of Stewart’s favorite recipes. A few of her favorite suppliers, including the Las Vegas Farmers Market, Dartagnan Inc., Urbani Truffles, Roe Caviar, Frog Hollow Farm, Jasper Hill Farm and Vermont Creamery will also be featured.

While navigating the menu will be a breeze for Westchester foodies, the Hudson Valley-inspired fare might be a tad exotic for those not as versed in the farm-to-table traditions that we take for granted here.

For starters, guests will be able to enjoy the Classic Niçoise Salad, "made with olive oil-packed tuna, haricot verts, vermouth-dressed potatoes, hard-cooked egg and topped with an anchovy vinaigrette." Seafood lovers might choose the Oysters Rockefeller, "baked with Pernod cream, spinach and watercress, and finished with a crunchy parsley breadcrumb topping."

For the main course, guests may enjoy tableside presentations for an interactive culinary journey, including a "Whole Roast Herb Chicken, carved tableside and Martha’s Smashed Baked Potato, smashed tableside and served with crème fraiche, chives and bacon lardons or for those looking to indulge, Golden Osteria caviar."

One of Martha’s signature desserts on the menu will be the Upside-Down Lemon Meringue Pie, with a "crisp meringue crust, tart lemon filling and a whipped cream topping."

Signature cocktails will include the "Martha-tini, made with Żubrówka bison grass vodka, dry vermouth and a lemon twist, and the Frozen Pomegranate Martha-rita, created with Casa Dragones Blanco tequila, Cointreau, pomegranate juice, and a salt and sugar rim." The restaurant will also feature Martha’s Chard, her California chardonnay made in collaboration with the 19 Crimes brand.

The 194-seat dining destination draws inspiration from Stewart's 1925 farmhouse, including an accurate replica of her brown faux-bois dining room. Martha's lifestyle is reflected in the décor, composed of a "neutral, subtle color palette as a backdrop to four seasons of color with simple yet beautiful furniture throughout." The kitchen has marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, gray wood cabinets and hanging copper pans from the MARTHA by Martha Stewart collection.

"The opening of The Bedford by Martha Stewart further establishes Paris Las Vegas as a must-visit culinary destination," Paris Las Vegas General Manager Jason Gregorec explained. "Martha Stewart and Marquee Brands are leaders in hospitality that inspire and draw fans from around the world, and we are honored to collaborate with such incredible partners."
