Reed Middle School students and staff are busy conducting a collection of non-perishable food products and other items for the victims of the Ukraine so some of their most basic needs will be filled while their country continues to be invaded under Russian President Vladimir Putin's rule. Reed Middle School's collection will continue for two weeks, after which time thousands of items will be sent to their intended destination. Pictured with only a fraction of the items are some of the students who are organizing the effort together with Reed Middle School Principal Anthony Coggiano, Interim Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum & Instruction Leila Holmes, and Reed Middle School Science Teacher Monica Alexander.
