BRENTWOOD, NY — A crash on I-495 has closed the high occupancy lane on Sagtikos State Parkway from Exit 53 Wicks Road; CR 7 AND Exit 51 - Deer Park Avenue; NY 231, according to 511NY.

The incident occurred at 11:05 a.m. on Wednesday, near Brentwood.
