CENTRAL ISLIP, NY — A judge on Friday denied a motion by former congressman George Santos, who sought to have several charges dismissed.

U.S. District Judge Joanna Seybert denied all parts of Santos' omnibus motion. Of specific note, she denied the motion to dismiss the five aggravated identity theft charges.

In the 71-page ruling, Seybert also denied a motion to dismiss the superseding indictment on grounds of duplicity.
