On Tuesday, Santos was formally arragned on the superseding indictment from October and he pleaded not guilty, the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District's office said.

Regarding the jury selection, Seybert granted a request for a partially-anonymous jury, but rejected the defense's request for a jury questionnaire. The judge said there will be six alternate jurors.
