Memorial Day Fun With The Long Island Ducks

CENTRAL ISLIP, NY – The Long Island Ducks kicked off their 24th season at home at Fairfield Properties Ballpark in April defeating the Lancaster Stormers and the two teams are going at it again during a Memorial Day weekend series.

The Ducks are returning home on Friday, May 24, to kick off the Memorial Day series that will feature giveaways, theme days at the ballpark, fireworks, prizes and other fun activities.

Below is the full schedule for the Long Island Ducks' Memorial Day festivities:

Friday, May 24:
Gates Open: 5:35 p.m. (5:20 for full season ticket holders)

First Pitch: 6:35 p.m.

Promotions: The 2004 Championship 20th Anniversary Series will feature a Doug Jennings Oversized Baseball Card Giveaway for the first 1,500 fans and Tap Room Friday. Ducks staff members will be handing out coupons for 20 percent off fans' entire dine-in check and 50 percent off fans' first online or mobile app order from Tap Room as fans exit the ballpark.

Saturday, May 25:

Day game:

Gates Open: 12:35 p.m. (12:20 for full season ticket holders)

First Pitch: 1:35 p.m.

Promotions: Bark in the Park! Fans are invited to bring their dog with them to the ballpark to enjoy the game. Click here for details.

Night game:

First Pitch: 6:35 p.m.

Gates Open: 5:35 p.m. (5:20 for full season ticket holders)

Promotions: The game will feature a postgame fireworks spectacular and LI MacArthur Airport lucky seat Saturday. One lucky fan will win two round trip tickets on Breeze Airways to any of their six non-stop destinations from Long Island MacArthur Airport.

Sunday, May 26:
First Pitch: 1:35 p.m.
Gates Open: 12:35 p.m. (12:20 for full season ticket holders)

Promotions: A Bethpage Federal Credit Union Sunday family fun day will feature a pregame catch on the field and postgame kids run the bases.
