New York & Atlantic Railway (NYA) recently presented a $500 scholarship to Angelo Rivero, a graduating senior from Brentwood High School. NYA’s scholarship program helps support students in its operating territory who plan to further their education in transportation, engineering, sustainability, or a related technical trade that supports the railroad industry. “New York & Atlantic scholarships supports the next generation of leaders in the railroad or related industries.
