Be a Snow Driver This Winter for Over $21 an Hour

From Foot Soldiers LLC: TEAM DRIVERS SUMMARY: Foot Soldiers, LLC is Seeking Seasonal Employees responsible for driving, shoveling and other snow related responsibilities. Drivers work in teams of 2 - 4 employees. Candidates who do not drive but want to shovel snow click here - $15/hr opportunity.

TIME REQUIREMENT: P\T (seasonal) – Typically work the day before, of and after snow for 6 - 10 hours during the threat of snow between 7AM and 10PM.

COMPENSATION: $21.75/hr (when not driving please refer to the shoveler’s job description)

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive.
• Shovel snow.
• Prep for snow. The day before snow, lay down anti freezing substances on the grounds of our participating members.
• Loading. Load and unload equipment and supplies from company vehicles.

Other responsibilities. Assume other special activities and responsibilities from time to time as directed by Managers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• MUST be a licensed driver in NYS
• Have a valid driver's license for at least one year
• Must have a clean driving record
• Be at least 21 years old to use one of our vehicles
• Have a driving record that meets the following requirements
• Have had no major violations in the past three years.
• Have had no more than two "incidents" (moving violations or accidents) in the past three years and no more than one in the past 18 months.
• Have had no alcohol or drug related violations in the past seven years.
• MUST be able to walk, sit, stand, bend, stoop and climb.
• MUST be able to lift, push, pull, and carry objects of various weight
• Must be able to work various shifts on weekdays, weekends, nights and holidays
• Able to work outdoors in all cold wet weather conditions
• Must have a reliable smartphone with unlimited internet services

MUST be able to lift up to 50lbs and available to shovel snow and provide cleaning services on occasion.

FOOT SOLDIERS: Foot Soldiers is a supplemental sanitation service in: Bed-Stuy, Bushwick, Clinton Hill, Crown Heights, Prospect Heights and nearby inter-joining communities. The business provided hallway cleaning, stoop/yard/curbside sweeping, garbage, recycling & snow removal.
