Steven named his brainchild after his boyhood nickname “Teddy” and encapsulates the “spread love” mentality of Brooklyn.

As a Brooklyn native himself, with over twelve years of experience at reputable institutions including Harlem’s Red Rooster and Manhattan’s Fitzpatrick Hotel under his belt, Delgado knows how to appeal to the ranged tastes of Brooklynites. Sit at the beautifully hand-crafted bar to enjoy a red-eye and a bowl of creamy grits with shrimp. Relax in the lounge with a glass of Clovis, a seductive French red, and a whimsically delicious blueberry grilled cheese. Aspiring musician or comedian? Check out City Bear’s open mic, taking place every Thursday or comedy night every Wednesday. City Bear attracts all varieties of palates.

City Bear is located on Broadway next to Cornelia Street.
