Man Arrested For Fatal Shooting Near NYCHA Apartment Complex: Police

BROOKLYN, NY — A 28-year-old man has been arrested and charged in the fatal shooting of a 32-year-old in Brooklyn that happened over two weeks ago, police said.

Aaron Granton, has been charged with second degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon, police said.

On July 13, at 6:26 p.m., Granton is accused of fatally shooting Deon Williams in the torso in the vicinity of 68 Marcus Garvey Boulevard, police said.
