BROOKLYN, NY — A 26-year-old man who shot and killed 2 other men in Brooklyn last week has been arrested and charged, police said.

Jorge Benitez-Villa has been charged with two counts of second degree murder, police said.

Villa is accused of shooting Enny Urbina-Mendez. 21, multiple times and Francisco Fuentes-Rangel, 59, in the head at 29 Ryerson St. on July 21, police said.

The 21-year-old victim was transported to Bellevue Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.

The 59-year-old victim was transported to a local hospital in critical condition but succumbed to his injuries last week, police said.
