BROOKLYN HEIGHTS, NY — A new luxury development promising to bring renters' lives "to new Heights" is also pushing the ceiling of Brooklyn's rental market.

The luxury development, dubbed The Torre House, is asking $33,990 for a four-bedroom duplex — making it the most expensive rental on Brooklyn's open market by over $6,000, according to the Robb Report.

The price for studios, 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-bedrooms at the development range from $5,175 to the record-breaking maximum, according to the Robb Report.

Even at its lowest end, The Torre House will exceed its neighbors' prices — the median asking price for a rental in Brooklyn Heights sat around $4,500 this September, StreetEasy data show.

It's a slight decrease in median asking price compared to the same time last year. In the same period, the borough saw a slight uptick, reaching a median $3,499 a month for rentals, StreetEasy data show.

The Torre House's developers boast breathtaking views and high-priced finishes like stone counters, oak floors, marbled bathrooms, Italian tile, custom cabinetry, massive and upgraded appliances, and double-paned thermal windows, according to the property's website and Robb Report.

In the way of "unprecedented amenities," the $5,000 price tag will include a rooftop pool, two indoor pools, a gym, a spa, a lobby cafe, multiple terraces and a concierge, according to the development's website.

The property is "truly an oasis of comfort and class," according to its website.

The Torre House is certainly not alone in asking tall prices for Brooklyn rentals, and it won't top historic records. In Williamsburg, a home went on the market last year asking $35,000 a month — but came up short in the final offer, according to Financial Times.

And in February, a duplex between Dumbo and Brooklyn Heights garnered its asking price of $36,000 a month, according to Financial Times.
