BROOKLYN, NY — Three potential suspects have been revealed in the brutal stabbing of a teenage girl outside a subway station in Brooklyn, according to police.

Police released photos late Monday of the three teens they say are connected to the attack of a 13-year-old girl, who was found Sunday night with stab wounds to the stomach near the Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center station in Prospect Heights.

While it was originally not clear what sparked the knifing, police said they now believe that the victim and her attackers were in the middle of an argument when they pulled the knife and stabbed her.
