LI Musical Theater Festival Hosts 'Parade' This Weekend

Two performances of the musical will take place at Adelphi University.

GARDEN CITY, NY — Broadway comes to Garden City this weekend with the Long Island Musical Theater Festival.

Parade, originally performed in 1998 and revived on Broadway last year, is hitting Adelphi University's Performing Arts Center for two shows.

Performances are Saturday, Aug. 10 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, Aug. 11 at 2 p.m.

Tickets are $35 and can be ordered online.

Parade is a musical that dramatizes the 1913 trial and imprisonment, and the 1915 lynching of Leo Frank, a Jew from Georgia.
