Blumenfeld Development Group Signs Optimum to 5-year lease

The Blumenfeld Development Group (BDG) announced today that Optimum, a communications and media company, has signed a 5-year lease at The Crossings in Hunts Point.

Located in the heart of the Bronx, Optimum’s 2,000 square foot space has opened its doors which will be used as part of their cellular phone retail operation.

Optimum is a major wireless and communications company, providing service to nearly 5 million customers across the United States.

The Crossings, a 40,000 square foot retail space and the largest of its kind in the area, is located at the corner of Southern Blvd and Hunts Point Avenue and was BDG’s first endeavor in the borough.

Since opening in the fall of 2017, the Crossings has served the Bronx community with a variety of tenants across industry and sector including: Dollar Tree, McDonalds, Fresh City Deli, Revive Physical Therapy and Bank of America.
