DUI Crash Leaves 1 Dead In Harlem Intersection: NYPD

A 41-year-old man died early Saturday morning in a crash at Frederick Douglas Boulevard and West 142nd Street.

NEW YORK, NY — A 41-year-old man was killed early Saturday morning in a car crash in Harlem. Police have identified the fatal victim as Jason Graham, of Newburg, New York.

Police responded to the Frederick Douglas Boulevard and West 142nd Street intersection in Harlem Saturday at 2:36 a.m. and found Graham with trauma to his head, according to a news release. He was taken to NYC Health & Hospitals/Harlem and was soon later pronounced dead.

Police said Graham was headed south on Frederick Douglas Boulevard while driving a motorcycle when he collided with a 2020 Dodge Durango.

The driver of the Dodge Durango, Yerqui Batista Rosario, 30, of Poughkeepsie, New York, was charged with driving while intoxicated, according to police.
