HARLEM, NY — Raising Cane's is opening their much-awaited Harlem location Tuesday morning with prizes, giveaways and performances that are sure to draw a crowd.

The popular southern fast-food chain is welcoming the neighborhood to come and celebrate their newest New York City store — their fifth in the city since opening the massive Times Square flagship in June — starting at the crack of dawn (well, technically around 7 a.m.).

“While there are many amazing dining options in the neighborhood, locals who know Raising Cane’s have been telling us they’re really excited to have a location here,” said Christopher Mariani, Area Leader of Restaurants.

Kicking off the day for early birds is an exclusive raffle that you can only enter if you can make it to 124 West 125th St., between Malcolm X and Adam Clayton Powell Jr. boulevards, between 7:15 and 8:15 a.m.

If you do, the reward could be big.

The raffle will give 20 lucky winners a whole year of free food from Raising Cane's, with the drawing to be held at 8:30 a.m.

Even if you don't ultimately win, there's another reason to show up early: the first 100 customers will get an exclusive Raising Cane's Harlem beanie if the order a 3 Finger Combo, Box Combo or Caniac Combo.

Those waiting on line will be treated to complimentary hot ginger drinks from neighboring Guinean-owned Ginjan Cafe.

From noon until 1 p.m., Harlem dance and music collective the W.A.F.F.L.E Crew will put on a show.

No matter when you show up tomorrow, Harlem legend DJ Stormin' Norman, will be dj'ing live for 12 hours straight — from 7am until 7pm.

Founded in Louisiana, Raising Cane's has opened hundreds of locations across the country and a few dozen restaurants in the Middle East.

The chain's specialties include chicken fingers (with signature Cane's sauce), chicken sandwiches, crinkle-cut fries, Texas toast and sweet tea.

Raising Cane's new store in Harlem is one of many new NYC sites that will open within the next six months, a company spokesperson said.

The chain opened a new location in Brooklyn just a few weeks ago.

New Yorkers will soon be able to get their chicken finger fix at new locations including Penn Station and Flushing.

The restaurant says that the Harlem location will bring over 150 jobs to the area.

Its operating hours will be from 9 a.m. until midnight daily.
