Here are the top three stories today in Brooklyn Heights-DUMBO:

  1. Word on the street is that the Clark Street Subway Station will be opening back up this Monday, April 25. That's what some neighbors heard from construction workers on the site. Sometime in May, the next station closure will begin at the Court Street N and R station, which also needs its elevators replaced. (Brooklyn Heights Blog)
  2. Residents are beginning to move into One Boerum Place, the 22-story triangular building near Fulton Street. The $250 million project created 96 market-rate (otherwise known as luxury) apartments. (New York YIMBY)
