DUMBO Spot Named One Of America's Most Romantic Eateries

River Cafe was named by Open Table as one of 100 the most romantic restaurants in the country because of its views of the city's skyline.

DUMBO, NY — Diners who want to eat at one of the country's most romantic spots for Valentine's Day won't have to travel further than DUMBO's waterfront.

The River Cafe was named by OpenTable as one of the top 100 most romantic spots to grab a bite to eat this year largely due to its "sweeping" waterfront views of the city's skyline and the Statue of Liberty, according to the website.

OpenTable created the list by combing through more than 12 million reviews left by users on 26,000 restaurants around the country to find the best 100. The only other New York City eatery to crack the list was Erminia Ristorante in the Upper East Side.
