Join Yoga Therapist Danielle Tarantola for this traditional yoga practice which promotes bone and muscle strength, develops awareness of your movements, helps connect to and strengthen your center of gravity, keeps you steady and balanced, and cares for your&nbsp;back by encouraging better posture, so there's less pressure on the joints. This course will focus on hips, wrists, legs and spine, which are the bones prone to breakage, as well as reduce stress, which releases hormones that contribute to systemic deterioration. This event is general admission, first come first serve seating!
There are two different ticket levels for this event.
Regular tickets: This ticket is good for one general admission seat into the 2 hour John Edward event.
VIP tickets: Each VIP ticket includes a 3 month subscription to Evolve Plus (John's new app). Also included in the as a VIP is the opportunity to stay after the event for a conversation, question and answer session with John and the other VIPs. This event lasts a minimum of 20 minutes right after the regular event. In addition to that each person holding a VIP ticket gets to bypass the regular line and join a special VIP line. In addition to the live event, VIPs will be given access to a special virtual event you can participate in from the comfort of your home ($100 value). That’s two events for the price of one!

The NY Citizen Preparedness Training Program teaches residents to have the tools and resources to prepare for any type of disaster, respond accordingly and recover as quickly as possible to pre-disaster conditions. The training course is an introduction to preparing for a natural or man-made disaster and will advise you on how to properly develop a family emergency plan and stock up on emergency supplies.
