NEFCU Opens Huntington Village Branch

NEFCU members will make transactions with live tellers through interactive teller machines

NEFCU held a ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday for its Huntington Village branch.

The Huntington Village location at 365 New York Ave. is the bank's 19th branch on Long Island.

The 2,067 square foot location will be one of NEFCU's new branches with interactive teller machines. There will still be staffers at the branch.

The bank will be located at the only pedestrian crosswalk on New York Avenue and is opposite the Elm Street municipal parking lot.

The bank, beginning on Feb. 4, will offer longer hours than current branch hours: from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Wednesday; from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday; from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday; and from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday.

During the week, members can use interactive teller machines (ITMs) for teller transactions as early as 8 a.m. and up until 7 p.m. ITMs link directly to a live teller located at NEFCU’s Member Contact Center in Uniondale. During branch business hours, members can also work with member-service representatives for various banking needs, as well as

The ITMs will be accessible throughout regular branch hours on Saturday.
