Suffolk Federal Donates to United Veterans Beacon House

Suffolk Federal Credit Union donated warm socks and more than $1,000 to aid Long Island veterans.

Suffolk Federal Credit Union donated 884 pairs of socks and more than $1,000 to the United Veterans Beacon House to help keep Long Island veterans warm this winter. The “Socks from Suffolk” donation is one of the credit union’s many charitable endeavors to support worthy causes in the communities it serves. United Veterans Beacon House assists more than 800 veterans and their families each year, providing the support and specialized services needed for their return to independence.
