Amid New Variant, COVID-19 Booster Shots Available In Long Beach

LONG BEACH, NY — With the first cases of the new COVID-19 variant in New York, health officials say it is even more imperative to get the vaccine or booster shot.

The Mount Sinai South Nassau Vaxmobile is traveling to Long Beach on Wed., Dec. 8.

Pfizer and J&J booster shots will be provided, free of charge.

You can call the hospital at 516 377-5333 or fill out an application online.

It is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at City Hall.

Everyone must show their original vaccination card for the booster shot.
