CE Blakeman and The Boardwalk sales team cheer on Polar Bear Splash

Nassau County Executive, Bruce Blakeman (center) helped representatives of Douglas Elliman(left to right:) Nicholas Compagnone, Steven Halvey, Kristin Altfather and Glen Fox distribute hot chocolate to county residents who took part in Long Beach’s 24th annual Make-A-Wish Polar Bear Splash which was held adjacent to The Boardwalk, a $369 million condominium under construction overlooking the historic Long Beach boardwalk. The Boardwalk was built by B2K Development, which purchased the property in August 2021. Sales of the 200 owner-occupied condominiums ranging in price from $875,000-$4,500,000 are quite brisk. Owners will begin to move in this spring.
