Long Beach's Charlie McAvoy, who has been playing for the Boston Bruins all season, celebrated his 20th birthday Thursday on the ice, and secured and epic shoot-out victory for the Bruins over the Winnipeg Jets.
The rookie player, who has only been with the Bruins this season, is already making a name for himself. You can watch the video below to see his game-winning shot.
It's been an impressive season for McAvoy, who started with the Bruins earlier this year when he was just 19. He's already scored five goals for the team, and now one game-winning goal, too.
