Nassau Police Charge 9 With DWI

NASSAU COUNTY, NY — The Nassau County Police Department reported the following arrests for driving while intoxicated for the week ending Sept. 10.

All charges are merely accusations.

• Sean Patrick Lynch, 58, of Freeport, was arrested outside Adelaide's Pub on Wantagh Avenue in Wantagh at 8:45 p.m. on Sept. 3.
• Fidel Portillo, 49, of Hempstead, was arrested on Jackson Street in Hempstead at 1:35 a.m. on Sept. 4.
• Joseph Baker, 59, of Massapequa, was arrested outside the Plastic Surgery Center on Fulton Street in Farmingdale at 12:28 a.m. on Sept. 5.
• Fani D. Pineda, 46, of Jackson Heights, was arrested on Sunrise Highway in Wantagh at 11:28 p.m. on Sept. 5.
• Terence J. Prete, 31, of the Bronx, was arrested on the LIE at Exit 43 in Syosset at 4:55 a.m. on Sept. 6.
• Michael T. Vudrag, 25, of Bayville, was arrested outside Chase Bank on Northern Boulevard in Greenvale at 9:34 p.m. on sept. 6.
• Imran Lallmahamad, 24, of Orlando, Florida, was arrested on Lincoln Avenue in Massapequa at 3:14 a.m. on Spet. 7.
• Josa A. Constanza-Acevedo, 35, of New York City, was arrested on the LIE at exit 43 in Jericho at 4:10 a.m. on Sept. 7.
• Kevin W. Kimmons, 25, of Rockville Centre, was arrested on Sunrise Highway in Massapequa at 7 p.m. on Sept. 7.
