The Bristal at Massapequa Lends Support to Rotary’s Effort to Assist

The Bristal at Massapequa and The Rotary Club of Amityville make over 100 "blessing bags" for the Homeless Coalition of Amityville.

Residents and staff of The Bristal at Massapequa teamed up with The Rotary Club of Amityville to make over 100 "blessing bags" for the homeless. The bags will be distributed to those in need by the Homeless Coalition of Amityville. The effort was part of an effort by more than 800 Rotary clubs and 30,000 Rotarians across 10 states and 5 countries, from New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Colorado, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wyoming, Brazil, Bermuda, Canada, and the United Kingdom to coordinate volunteer efforts in an unprecedented Rotary Day of Service, collecting clothes for homeless, refurbishing parks, and much, much more.
