The month where we celebrate the twinkling incandescent lanterns and decorations strewn throughout homes, streets, and neighborhoods, joyfully uplifting spirits and transcending Souls.
We are intuitively drawn toward their sparkling iridescence and flare that somehow holds treasures and promises that the shadow world cannot fulfill.

Even the inky sky is perpetually beaming with billions of celestial stars of pure combustible luminosity, scattered throughout the vast emptiness, and hinting to something far greater.
Could it be that the true allure of all these captivating lights is not an external experience but rather that we are bearing witness to a similar innate composition within ourselves?
Indeed, we are instinctively verifying a reflection of what is authentically and consubstantially within.
Jesus cited in the Holy Bible that WE are the light of the world, succinctly and adeptly proclaiming the Universal Oneness with its Shimmering Essence.
Since 'like attracts like,' our parentage becomes apparent.
Specifically, that our internal Light emanates from the One True Light, bestowing each of us as dazzling luminaries with our own prescribed Divine purpose and song to sing.
It also solidifies our Divine heritage as beings of the Light Lineage, and secures our responsibility to uphold the Light, ours and each other's.
Light is home base, and therefore All That Is.
And yet the world appears to be plummeted by unmitigated darkness and sorrow.
Sadly, many forces resist the Light.
Possibly because they have dwelled in darkness and are fearful, untrusting. God the Almighty is pure Love and Light.
Our bodily eyes were created to navigate the physical environment we know as Earth.
Due to sensory limitations, they cannot perceive the veritable Light that is within us and bursting outward, or the Light of God who is always omnipresent.
Fortunately, our Souls detect the veracity of all illuminations, and tug at us with its knowing.
We rely on artificial illumination to guide our path and believe that the source is external, extinguishable, and ephemeral.
Nothing could be farther from the truth.
Unwittingly, we seek resources outside ourselves for guidance never believing we are the brilliant Source.
Foiled and hindered by deceptions of the darkness, with its illusory humanistic view and immobilizing fear, we inadvertently abandon our grand inheritance.
Hesitancy to look within and see the Eternal glow that animates each of us, every living creature, and manifestation itself, leaves us prey to worry, anxiety, and outsourcing our inherent wisdom.
We can always choose the Light.
Over two thousand years ago, the Lord sent Jesus into the world as a Source of Light, to help others see the truth.
He still illuminates.
Maybe we are not doing our part to diminish the illusions of ongoing obscurity.
As we prepare for Jesus' arrival this Advent, it is the perfect season to attune our luminescence, and be the Source of Light that Jesus declared we are.
We are the Light we seek. Let's shine brightly!
