LONG ISLAND, NY — After a rainy start to the week on Monday, the rest of the week is looking sunnier — maybe.

According to the National Weather Service, there's a chance of rain Tuesday afternoon into the night, and a chance of rain Wednesday as well. But that chance is 50/50, at best.

Even if it does rain Wednesday, skies should clear by Thursday.
