Man Seriously Injured In Massapequa Crash: Police

Police say the man was involved in a crash with another car on Sunrise Highway. The other driver was uninjured.

MASSAPEQUA, NY — A man was seriously injured in a car crash in Massapequa Thursday night, Nassau County police say.

According to police, at 9:55 p.m., a 40-year-old man driving a 2004 Infinity crashed with a 44-year-old man driving a 2021 Land Rover west on Sunrise Highway.

The 40-year-old man was seriously injured in the crash, and was rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment. He is listed in stable condition.

The 44-year-old man refused medical attention at the scene, police said.
