Visitation: Tuesday, March 21 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Massapequa Funeral Home, North Chapel on 1050 Park Boulevard in Massapequa Park.

Service: Tuesday, March 21 starting at 12 p.m. at the Our Lady of Lourdes R.C. Church on 855 Carman Road in Massapequa Park.

Obituary: Charles V. Azzolino, of Massapequa Park, passed away on Friday, March 17. He was 99.

Internment will take place at St. Charles Cemetery.
